San Diego July 14 & 15 / July 21 & 22
The 54st Over The Line Tournament took place on Fiesta Island with all the usual fun and entertainment people have grown to expect from this annual event.
Over 1,200 teams competed to hit a softball over a "line" in a retangular field on Fiesta Island. With over 40 games going on at once this is one huge athletic event with a twist of a Mardi Gras styled party.
Every year OMBAC (Old Mission Beach Athletic Club) holds this event to raise money for local area charities. The OMBAC members raise over $100,000 from this event with the host of the proceeds going to fund youth athletics.
